What We're Growing
These are the fruit tree varieties we’re growing in our orchard here in Elizabeth, Colorado. This is still a young orchard, so not all of the trees are producing fruit yet — but we’re excited to see it develop over the coming years.
Between our elevation, the risk of late and early frosts, and a short growing season, this is a challenging place to grow fruit trees. But with careful selection and stewardship, we’re working to build a resilient, productive orchard that thrives in our unique climate.
